In this jury tried case, Premier Service Corp. appeals from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Darryl Jackson, for actual and punitive damages incurred due to Premier's conversion of Jackson's van. Premier also appeals front a judgment entered for Jackson on its counterclaim for breach of contract. We reverse Jackson's judgment on his petition and affirm Jackson's judgment on Premier's counterclaim.
