Darryl Taylor (Taylor) petitions for review of an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) that denied his request for administrative relief from an order recommitting him as a convicted parole violator. The scope of this courts review of an order of the Board is to determine whether there was a constitutional violation or an error of law and whether necessary findings of fact are supported by substantial evidence in the record.
